because we have made all of our blankets with special fabrics, we believe they deserve the best care possible.  whether you are using our blanket to bundle your little one or as a statement piece, please follow the washing instructions carefully.

we use the softest wool that is durable, hypoallergenic and reserved for customers with a more refined taste level.  wool will keep babies warm in cold temperatures and cool in warm temperatures.

fleece is know for its warmth and extreme softness.

polar-tec is a brand of fleece fabric made from 100% recycled materials. it is warm, soft, hydrophobic, and breathable.

faux-fur is a silky smooth blend of polyester, modacrylic, and acrylic fibers. a cruelty-free alternative to real fur, durable, versatile, and warm. 

minky is a type of fleece made of 100% polyester. it is considered the softest, warmest fleece. durable.

flannel has been around since the 17th century. it is a cotton fabric that only gets softer with time.
